Membership records, attendance, giving and the live-service tools your team already uses — in one place, run by your church, for your church. Registration takes a few minutes and is reviewed by a real person.

Some of this is live right now and open to anyone. The rest arrives with your church's own portal once your registration is approved.
Put verses and song lyrics on the sanctuary screen during the service. The operator drives it from a phone or laptop, and a second device can listen to the preacher and follow the reference being read.
Live nowDictate or capture a message as text while it is being preached, and keep it in an archive you can come back to, search and share with the team afterwards.
Live nowMembers post prayer requests and stand with one another, and follow a structured daily reading plan together — on any phone, with no app to install.
Live nowOne record per member, held by your church rather than scattered across notebooks and phone contacts — with the roles and departments your leadership actually uses.
With your portalService attendance and contributions recorded as they happen, in KES, so the trend over months is something you can look at rather than reconstruct.
With your portalYour church gets its own address on the platform and its own separate database. Your records are not mixed in with any other church's.
With your portalThe same records on a laptop in the office and a phone in the service.
Nothing is created automatically. An administrator reads every registration and sets the church up by hand.
We email you a six-digit code before anything else, so the approval can reach you later.
Name, location, leadership and contact details, plus the portal address you would like.
A real person checks the registration. If something needs clarifying, they contact you on the email you verified.
Once approved, your church's portal and database are created and your access details are emailed to you.
The form takes a few minutes if you have this to hand, and much longer if you have to go and find it.
Your registration is recorded and queued for review. Nothing is created yet — no portal, no database, no login. An administrator reads it and gets back to you by email. Anyone promising you an instant account is not describing this system.
It depends on how quickly an administrator gets to it, and whether anything in the registration needs clarifying. Because a person does it, there is no guaranteed turnaround — if you have not heard anything and want to check, reply to the verification email.
Registering costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If there is any cost attached to running your church's portal, an administrator will tell you before it is set up — not after.
Each church gets its own separate database, so your records are not mixed in with another church's. Within your own portal, you decide which of your people get access and what each of them can do.
Yes. Users are created separately from this registration, once your portal exists. It supports one user or many, with different roles and access rights — so a treasurer and a Sunday-school leader need not see the same things.
No — once your portal is created, the address is fixed. That is why the form checks it is available while you type and asks you to confirm it. Choose the one you would still be happy with in five years.
Yes. The reading plan, prayer wall, songs, live-display tools and transcription are open now and need no church registration. Registering is about your church having its own portal and its own records.
Check the spam folder first — a code from a new sending address often lands there. The form lets you resend, and lets you correct the address if you mistyped it. If it still does not arrive, the page will tell you rather than leaving you waiting.
